Q. I just ordered, when do I get my first box?
A. Orders ship the 2nd week of the month. If your order came in before the ordering deadline at the end of the month, you will get your first box in the 2nd week of the following month. For example, if you ordered January 25th, you would get your first box the 2nd week of February. This allows us time to get the different exotic spices for each month's subscription.


Q. When is the order deadline for each month?
A. The last day of each month is the last day to complete your order and receive your first box the following month.


Q. How much is shipping?
A. FREE! Shipping is always free in the United States for subscriptions. We do not currently ship outside the States, but will update this when we do.


Q. How many meals can I make with the spices in my kit?
A. The recipes in each kit are generally for 4-6 servings & the spices are enough to make all servings for all recipes. Sometimes there may be a little extra.


Q. Do you have vegetarian options?
A. The majority of the recipes will contain instructions for vegetarian substitutions. Most of our recipes are very veggie-friendly!

Q. What do the letter symbols on my recipe card mean?
A. GF - Gluten Free V - Vegetarian VF - Vegetarian Friendly P - Pescetarian


Q. How can I tell how difficult a recipes is?
A.  The chef hats in the upper right corner of your card indicate a skill level from 1 chef hat (Easy) 2 chef hats (Medium) to 3 chef hats (Harder). Go ahead and try all the recipes no matter what your experience level. We have broken down the steps. If you have any trouble, you can always email us for help! [email protected]


Q. How does gifting a subscription work?A. When you buy a gift subscription, we will notify your recipient that they have gotten a gift before it ships. They will have the option to update their shipping address if you are not sure you have the right one. They will also receive a gift card in their first box with your gift message on it. Once their subscription expires, they will have the option to continue paying for their own subscription.


Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We currently ship all throughout the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
